This add-on does not store or harvest any information from Canvas or the add-on. Information from these sources is passed through the add-on as part of importing it into Google Sheets after which it is deleted. It is possible that some information may be recorded as part of error logs or other common computer operation used to monitor and improve operations.
Google Account (read-only) – the add-on allows you to sign in with your Google Account or G Suite Account in order to install the add-on. The add-on does NOT have access to, and does NOT store your Google password. To modify any of your Google account information, please use the means provided by Google.
Canvas (read/write) – The add-on does NOT store your Canvas URL and access token. The add-on uses the URL and access token to communicate with Canvas to download the following: course names, course IDs, student names, student IDs, assignment names, assignment IDs, assignment due dates, assignment points, and student scores. The add-on does not store or harvest this information and instead imports it into Google Sheets. Furthermore, the add-on sends course IDs, assignment IDs, student IDs, and student scores back to Canvas using the provided URL and access token to update students’ scores.
Khan Academy (read-only) – add-on uses a report file from Khan Academy provided by the user. add-on does not store or harvest information from the report file and instead imports it into Google Sheets. add-on does not interface directly with Khan Academy. After import the contents of the report file from Khan Academy the file is deleted.
ALEKS (ready-only) – add-on uses a report file from ALEKS provided by the user. add-on does not store or harvest information from the report file and instead imports it into Google Sheets. add-on does not interface directly with ALEKS. After import the contents of the report file from ALEKS the file is deleted.
Google Drive (read/write) – add-on creates a folder on the user’s Google Drive for importing aforementioned Khan Academy reports. When the user uploads a Khan Academy or ALEKS report using the add-on, the file is place in the created directory. After importing data from a Khan Academy or ALEKS report, the report is deleted from the user’s Google Drive.
The add-on ’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This app doesn’t request restricted scopes, but if it did, the app’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

BunzApps collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. BunzApps’ purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how BunzApps’ visitors use its add-on. From time to time, BunzApps may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its add-on. BunzApps also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. BunzApps only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
BunzApps discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on BunzApps’ behalf or to provide services available at BunzApps’ add-on, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using BunzApps’ add-on, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. BunzApps will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, BunzApps discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when BunzApps believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of BunzApps, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of the aadd-on and have supplied your email address, BunzApps may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with BunzApps and our products. We primarily use our blog to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. BunzApps takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
BunzApps may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its add-on. BunzApps may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, BunzApps does not disclose your personally-identifying information.
